INotel Prior to disassembly of front mount assembly, measure distance between large washer and flat on upper mount bracket
Disassembly
1Remove three nutsone lock washer, and engine mount bracket from mount bolt while holding bolt secure with socket
2Remove one large washer engine mount bolt from mountReassembly
one small washer
[] 1Place small washer on mount bolt and insert bolt up through mountInstall large washer and secure with nut Tighten to 60-75 ftIbs(81-102 Nm)
2Install upper inner nut and place engine mount bracket on engine mount boltNOTE: Measure distance between large washer and flat on upper mount bracketDistance must be the same as that prior to disassembly
3Install lock washer and lower nutTighten nut to 50-70 ftIbs(68-95 N-ml_ Installation 1Spray the engine mount screws threads with Loctite Primer or Locquic Primer and allow to air dryApply Volvo Penta Thread Sealing Agent or OM: Nut Lock to the screwsAttach engine mount assembly to engine with three screws and washersTighten to 32-40 ftIbs(43-54 Nm)2Install lag screws and tighten securelyHeight Adjustment
