2Port ElbowRemove four thru-bolts, lock washers, and washersMove remote oil filter aside Move crankcase oil filler bracket aside
3Starboard ElbowRemove two th ru-bolts (8), lock washers, and washers attaching circuit breaker bracketSet bracket assembly aside
[] 4Lubricate inside of exhaust hose with soapy water solution, then remove remaining elbow boltTap elbow with soft hammer to free it, then twist it out of the hoseRemove and discard the manifold gasketInstallation[2Apply Volvo Penta Gasket Sealing Compound or CWIC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new gasket CD, and place it on the manifoldLubricate inside of exhaust hose with soapy water solution to ease elbow installation3Twist elbow into hose and position it on the gasketInstall the outer rear thru-bolt, washer, and lock washer, and turn it in finger tight4Port ElbowPosition remote oil filter at front of elbow Mount oil filter bracket on elbowInstall four thru-bolts, washers, and lock washers finger tightTighten small screw securely
