2Remove one large washer engine mount bolt from mount
one small washer
Reassembly
rn 1Place small washer washer and secureinsert bolt on mount bolt and up through mountInstall large with nut
Tighten to 60-75 ftIbs(81-102 Nm)
2Install upper inner nut and place engine mount bracket on engine mount boltNOTE: Measure distance between large washer and flat on upper mount bracketDistance must be the same as that prior to disassembly3Install lock washer and lower nutTighten nut to 50-70 ftIbs(68-95 N-m)_
Installation
1Spray the engine mount screws threads with Loctite Primer or OMC Locquic Primer and allow to air dryApply Volvo Penta Thread Sealing Agent or OMC Nut Lock to the screwsAttach engine mount assembly to engine with three screws and washersTighten to 32-40 ftIbs(43-54 Nm)2Install lag screws and tighten securely
