Exhaust Manifold Replacement _ Removal
Drain water from respective exhaust manifold before beginning procedure
1Remove high-rise exhaust elbow following procedure under High-Rise Exhaust Elbow Replacement2Carefully pull wires off spark plugs
3Loosen hose clamp at front of manifold, and pull off water
4Remove manifold attaching screws, nuts and washersDiscard nutsRemove manifold and discard manifold gasketCleaning Clean mating surfaces on manifold and cylinder headClean the
