Installation]1Spray the engine mount screw threads with Loctite Primer or avK: Locquic Primer and allow to air dryApply Volvo Penta Thread Sealing Agent or CIVIC Nut Lock to the screwsAttach engine mount assembly to engi ne with three screws and washers Tighten to 32-40 ftIbs(43-54 Nm) m 2m 1In
Instal! washers and lag screws
and tighten securely
Height Adjustment To change engine height, tighten or loosen nuts as required
2lift engine with hoist capable of lifting at least 1500 lb(680 kg)Position engine at desired height
3After setting mount position, turn nut up against underside of engine bracket and hold nut with wrenchTighten nut to 100-120 ftIbs(136-163 Nm)
