Oil Pump Installation Install:
1Oil pump driveshaft
and retainer
2Oil pump to the engineaAlign the slot in the oil pump shaft with the tang on the distributor shaftbThe oil pump should slide easily into placecNo gasket is used
3Oil pump and bolt onto crankshaft bearing cap
Tighten:
Bolt to 66 ftlb(90 Nm)
rn 4Crankshaft oil deflectorTighten:
Nuts to 30 ftIbs(40 Nm)
