Reassembly 1Place small washer on mount bolt and insert bolt up through mountInstall large washer and secure with nut Tighten to 60-75 ftIbs(81-102 Nm)2Install upper inner nut and place engine mount bracket on engine mount bolt
I Note Measure distance between large washer and flat on upper mount bracketAdjust distance to recorded measurement3Install lock washer and top nutTighten nut to 100-120 ftIbs(136-163 N-m)_ Installation
1Spray the engine mount screw threads with Loctite Primer Nor OMC Locqufc Primer and allow to air dryApply Volvo Penta Thread Sealing Agent or OMC Nut Lock to the screwsAttach engine mount assembly to engine with three screws and washers Tighten to 32-40 ftIbs(43-54 Nm)2Install washers and lag screws
