1Slide coupler onto crankshaft studsInstall locknutsUse crowfoot wrench and tighten nuts to 40-45 ftIbs(54-61 Nm)2Install flywheel housingPlace clamps in their original positions, and attach 10 pin connector and relay bracketTighten screws to 28-36 ftIbs(38-49 Nm)3Place washer, lock washer and nut on ground studTighten inner nut to 35-40 ftIbs(47-54 Nm)Attach electrical leads to ground studInstall lock washer and tighten outer nut securelyInstall ground stud hardware on opposite side of block
