Oil Pan Replacement Removal
1Remove oil using suction pump2Remove oil withdrawal tubeRemove screws, oil pan and gasketInstallation

1Thoroughly clean all gasket sealing surfacesApply RTV sealer

to the front and rear of the block2Install gasket on the blockInstall oil panTighten crankcase screws to 80 inIbs(9 Nm), front cover screws to 45 inIbs(5 Nm), and rear pan nuts to 165 inIbs(18,6 Nm}.lnstall oil drain tube and fill crankcase with engine oil
