CABLE ROUTING 1 Headlight sub-wire harness Install the ground lead terminal with the rectifierregulator upper bolt3 Oil tank outlet hose Fasten the starter motor lead and A.Cmagneto lead with the holder5 Starter motor lead Place the end of the coolant reservoir breather hose between the engine and the heat exchanger7 To the tailbrake light Fasten the coolant hose with the holderFace the fastener outward9 Fasten the wire harness with the holderSecure the frame cross member and the holder to the frame with the nut and bolt0 Connect the gear position switch lead to the gear position switch (with reverse models) or fold the lead back (without reverse models)A Wire harness Fuse box Coolant reservoir Coolant reservoir breather hose Fasten the brake hose with the hose holderF Brake hose Parking brake cable Fasten the coolant reservoir breather hose and coolant hose together with the clipI The fastener of the screw clamp should be towards the front of the snowmobile with the screwhead facing outwardJ Fasten the coolant hose at the white paint mark with the plastic bandInstall the plastic band with the buckle facing outward and the end facing towards the front of the snowmobileK Fasten the positive battery lead and negative battery lead with the holder
