All Models Check oil level with the dipstick and add oil if necessaryThe level must be between lower and upper dipstick's marks
DRIVE CHAIN ADJUSTMENT
NOTE: Brake disc key must be in good condition before checking if chain is looseBefore performing the drive chain adjustment, check the tensioner adjustment screw O-ring(s) no3 and replace if necessaryFully tighten tensioner adjustment screw no4 BY HAND, then back off only far enough for hair pin no5 to engage in locking holeThis initial adjustment should providemm (181364 in) free-play when measured at the outer circumference of the brake discCAUTION: Free-play must not exceed mm (1364 in), readjust if necessary
Remove nuts no15Unfold locking tab then remove caliper retaining screwsRelease track tension, use the drive axle holder (PN 529 007 200)529 007 200

If the specified free-play is not reached with the tensioner screw fully tightened, replace chain and check the condition of sprockets1
