Compress outer cam using the clutch spring compressor (PN 529 035 524)Install washer no4 then secure outer cam with circlip no32 1
CAUTION: Ensure that circlip is properly inserted into shaft groove and that spacer recess is facing circlipINSTALLATION
Countershaft
Apply Loctite antiseize lubricant (PN 293 800 070) on countershaft splinesCAUTION: Always apply antiseize on the countershaft before final pulley installation to prevent possible seizing up between pulley and countershaftMake sure that spacer no2 is on countershaft no1 before installing driven pulleyNote also that washer shoulder is facing driven pulley1 2
