Disconnect headlampsOn RH side of vehicle, remove the push nut then remove the headlamp housing1 1
Installation
Reverse the removal procedure
HEADLAMP BEAM AIMING
Beam aiming is correct when center of high beam is 25 mm (1 in) below the headlamp horizontal center line, scribed on test surface, 381 cm (12 ft in) awayPlace the vehicle on flat surface perpendicular to test surface (wall or screen) and 381 cm (12 ft in) away from itRider or equivalent weight must be on the vehicleSelect high beamMeasure headlamp center distance from groundScribe line at this height on test surface (wall or screen)Light beam center should be 25 mm (1 in) below scribed line

TYPICAL 1Remove screws
Place the accessories panel out of wayUnplug burnt bulb connectorRemove the rubber bootTurn bulb retainer ring counterclockwise to unlockDetach the bulb and replace
