Skandic SUVExpedition TUV Adjustments should be performed following this sequence: Handlebarpivot arm positioning Idler arm positioning Set toe-out adjustmentHANDLEBARPIVOT ARM POSITIONING Turn handlebar until pivot arm is pointing straight forwardCheck if handlebar is horizontalTo adjust, loosen lock nuts of short tie rod and turn it accordingly

Maximum ball joint external threaded length not engaged in the tie rod end must not exceed 20 mm (2532 in)Torque lock nut to 18 Nm (159 lbfin)A29G11A

TOE-OUT ADJUSTMENT With the handlebar in straight ahead position, turn left and right tie rods no20 or tie rods adjuster to obtain specified toe-outProcedure: Loosen jam nuts no13 and no15 of both tie rods no20NOTE: On models with tie rod adjuster, only loosen adjuster jam nut
