Section 09 REAR SUSPENSION Subsection 02 (ARTICULATING SLIDE SUSPENSION)
Pay attention to the following conditions that will denote faulty shock: skip or hang back when reversing stroke at mid travel Seizing or binding condition except at extreme ends of stroke Oil leakage gurgling noise, after completing one full compression and extension strokeRenew if any fault is present
INSTALLATION
Threaded holes must be cleaned before selflocking screw is installedUse metal brush or screwtap to clean the hole properly then use solvent (Methyl-Chloride), let act during 30 minutes and wipe offThe solvent utilization is to ensure the adhesive works properlyUse tie-down between front arm and spring axle to ease installation of front arm screws
