REMOVAL
Remove guard and drive belt from vehicleRemove the screw, and washer then pull the driven pulley from the shaft2 3
DISASSEMBLY
Use pulley spring compressor (PN 529 035 524)Remove snap ring no2 and washer no3 to disassemble the outer cam and the pulley halves

WARNING
Driven pulley cam is spring loaded, use above-mentioned tool
ASSEMBLY
4, Cam Slider Shoe
When replacing slider shoes, always install new set (3 shoes) to maintain equal pressure on the camAssemble driven pulley components by reversing the disassembly procedure
