Skandic LT Only Secure ring gear no19 on inner fixed half using self-tapping screws no17 and thick M8 flat washers no18Apply Loctite 271 (PN 293 800 005) on screw threads and between screw heads and thick flat washersNOTE: It is of the utmost importance to use thick flat washers no18 with self-tapping screws no17 in order not to pierce inner fixed half with the screwsCAUTION: Loctite 271 (PN 293 800 005) must be applied to safely assemble ring gearTorque screws in criss-cross sequence to 27 Nm (20 lbfft)

Install spring no4, cover no3Tighten cover screws no2 to 12 Nm (106 lbfin)Proceed with one screw per tower in criss-cross sequence then, remaining three screwsUse COMET drive pulley puller (PN 529 025 000) to unlock drive pulley from retainer
