Voltage Test (harness)
Disconnect the connector from the CAPSInstall the tether cord cap, then depress the cutout switch and push start button momentarily to activate the ECMProbe pin of CAPS connector (wiring harness side) and battery ground If 12 is read, check continuity of circuits A-20 and A-34If test is good, perform the CAPS voltage test as explained belowIf CAPS tests good, try new ECM20
