CAUTION: Always replace gasket no1 before installing the cylinder
Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsNOTE: The cylinders are not identical in designDo not invert the cylinders during assemblyFirst mount cylinder 1Then remove the crankshaft locking tool (PN 529 035 900)Crank the engine further and position piston at TDCMount cylinder 2The cylinder cannot be pushed fully over the piston unless the piston is located at TDCApply engine oil in the bottom area of the cylinder bore and also on the band of the piston ring compressor toolUsing piston ring compressor plier, such SnapOn RC-980, slide piston into cylinder
