Installation
For installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsNOTE: At installation, replace the valve stem seal no15, use valve stem seal installer (PN 529 035 687)
To ease installation of cotters, apply oil or grease on them so that they remain in place while releasing the springAfter spring is installed, ensure it is properly locked by tapping on valve stem end with soft hammer so that valve opens and closes few timesCAUTION: An improperly locked valve spring will cause engine damage
