Installation
NOTE: The cylinder heads are not identical in designDo not invert the cylinder heads at assemblyFor installation, reverse the removal procedurePay attention to the following detailsNOTE: At installation, replace gasket no11Ensure dowel pins are in placeInstall cylinder head screws M6 and M11Torque screws as per following procedure

Inspection
Check for cracks between valve seats, if so, replace cylinder headCheck gasket for cracks or other damagesCheck mating surface between cylinder and cylinder head for contaminationIf so, clean both surfacesCheck oil supply hole in cylinder head for contamination
CAUTION: This assembly uses stretch screwsAs the screws have been stretched from the previous installation, it is very important to measure each screw at assemblyIf screws are out of specification, replace by new onesFailure to replace screws and to strictly follow the torque procedure may cause screws to loosen and lead to engine damageCYLINDER HEAD SCREW M11 SERVICE LIMIT 216.5 mm (8.524 in)
