GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
OIL SYSTEM LEAK TEST
The following test will indicate any leak from oil reservoir to the banjo fitting(s)Install on oil reservoir special cap of leak testing kit (PN 529 033 100)Install hose pinchers (PN 295 000 076) on outlet hoses1 2
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
