GENERAL
NOTE: The following procedures can be done without removing the engine from chassisTo facilitate magneto removal, hold drive pulley with clutch holder (PN 529 027 600)During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure

WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
1Cut by 25 mm (1 in)
Install magneto puller ring (PN 420 876 080) with its tab in magneto housing openingCAUTION: Use only M8 20 mm screws to bolt puller to magneto
