Check for air bubbles or oil column going toward pumpIt indicates defective check valve in injection nipples Remove cooling system capCheck for air bubbles in antifreezeIt indicates defective cylinder head O-ring or cylinder base gasket Remove drive pulley then check crankshaft outer seal Remove rewind starter and magneto system then check crankshaft outer seal Check pump shaft gear oil reservoir
Pump Shaft Oil Gear Reservoir
Install vacuumpressure pump (PN 529 021 800) on adapter and pressurize as before
