3Check if front arm stopper strap is too long- Insufficient ski pressure on the groundShorten stopper strap4Check front arm spring preload- Insufficient ski pressure on the groundLoosen spring tension
Symptom: HANDLEBAR IS DIFFICULT TO TURN1Check if the handle bar turns freely when skis are off the ground- Ball joints corrosion restrains movementLubricate or replace the ball joint- Component need proper lubricationLubricateRefer to MAINTENANCE- Bent partsReplace parts2Check ski spring preload- Too much preloadReduce ski spring preload3Check position of stopper strap- Too much weight when stopper strap is shortLengthen front arm stopper strap4Check position of front arm spring adjustment cam(s)- When spring tension is weak, more weight is transferred to the skisIncrease spring preload
