Using plastic hammer, tap pusher to insert circlip in placeTake care to install new circlips with tab toward top as per following photo

With the other end of the pusher, push circlip into the support groove

CAUTION: Always install new mono-hook circlipsIf circlip installation fails at the first attempt, always retry with new one as on second attempt circlip will lose its normal retaining capabilitiesCAUTION: Circlips must not move freely after installation; if so, replace themClean cylinders and crankcase mating surfaces with Loctite Chisel (PN 413 708 500)Coat crankcase mating surface with Loctite 518 (PN 293 800 038)Choose the right gasket thickness according to combustion chamber volumeRefer to LEAK TEST AND ENGINE DIMENSION MEASUREMENTInstall it on crankcaseCoat gasket with Loctite 518CAUTION: Always install gasket of the proper thicknessFailure to do so may cause detonation and severe engine damageAll Models NOTE: Be sure to restore the chamfer around all cylinder sleeve port openingsBefore inserting piston in cylinder no4, lubricate the cylinder with new injection oil or equivalentInstall proper ring compressor on piston assemblyA32B0DA
