Magneto Flywheel
Clean crankshaft extension (taper) and apply Loctite 243 (blue) on taper, then position Woodruff key, magneto flywheel no3 and lock washer on crankshaftClean magneto flywheel nut threads and apply Loctite 243 (blue) then tighten nut no1 to 125 Nm (92 lbfft) for liquid cooled enginesAt reassembly coat all electric connections except Deutsch housings (waterproof housing) with silicone dielectric grease (PN 293 550 004) to prevent corrosion or moisture penetrationCAUTION: Do not use silicone sealant, this product will corrode contactsDo not apply silicone dielectric grease on any Deutsch waterproof housing otherwise housing seal will be damagedIgnition Timing Check as described in IGNITION TIMING
