SECTION 05ENGINE PREPARATION
The movement indicator must be turned all the way in to provide maximum spring pre-loadAs you begin pressurizing the engine using engine leak tester kit (PN 861 749 100), you will find the RAVE valve beginning to move at kPa (0.7 PSI or 20 inches of water) and the valve will be fully displaced when you reach 10 kPa (1.4 PSI or 40 inches of water)
NOTE: Due to the low pressure conditions when using the leak tester kit (PN 861 749 100) to check the RAVE valve operation, install gauge with range of 0-200 inches of water (PN 861 749 100) on leak testerAs reference 6.89 kPa (PSI)27.71 inches of water
