RH Support Unscrew engine and lift itRemove the RH handle supportRemove chaincase housingRefer to CHAINCASEDrill all rivets holding engine support to frameTo install new or existing engine support, reverse the removal procedureHowever, pay attention to the followingPosition engine support by installing pop rivets

1Torque to 7.5 Nm (66 lbfin)
Install all other removed partsRefer to specific sections for inspection, installation and adjustment
Engine Support
LH Support Unscrew engine and lift itRemove the countershaft and its bearingRefer to CHAINCASERemove the LH handle supportDrill rivets holding engine support to frameUnscrew both engine support boltsNote bolts's locationRemove engine supportTo install new or existing engine support, reverse the removal procedureHowever, pay attention to the followingInstall engine support bolts with heads insideReplace rivets with the following fasteners:
