Remove battery, battery rack and toe hold to allow better accessRemove the brake discRefer to BRAKEUnscrew the chaincase cover screws no6 then remove chaincase cover no7
Check tensioner lever for cracks or other damages, replace if necessary
Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal procedureWhen the installation is completed, perform the drive chain adjustment
Inspection
Check the cover for cracks or distortionCheck if the O-ring no8 is brittle, hard or otherwise damagedVerify if the oil seal no9 is in good conditionReplace any defective parts
