GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use torque values and service products as in the exploded viewClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
Install clear hose on caliper bleed valve no3Route this hose to containerLoosen bleed valve and pump brake lever until no more fluid flows out of bleed valveClose bleed valve and remove bleed hose
BLEEDING
Bleed brake system as follows: Keep sufficient recommended DOT brake fluid SRF (PN 293 600 063) or DOT brake fluid GTLMA (PN 293 600 062) in reservoir at all timesCAUTION: Use only DOT brake fluidDo not use fluids other than the recommended one, nor mix different fluids for topping upInstall clear hose on bleed valve no3Route this hose to containerOpen bleed valvePump brake lever until no air escapes from hoseClose bleed valveWARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pins, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
