CLEANING
Pulley Halves
Using paper towel with pulley flange cleaner (PN 413 711 809), clean pulley halvesIf necessary, use fine steel wool and dry cloth to remove stubborn deposit
Bushings and Cam
During break-in period (about 10 hours of use), teflon from bushing no12 and no13 moves to cam or shaft surfaceA teflon over teflon running condition occurs, leading to low frictionSo it is normal to see gray teflon deposit on cam or shaftDo not remove that deposit, it is not dustWhen dust deposit has to be removed from the cam or the shaft, use dry cloth to avoid removing transferred teflonA03D1OA
