Insert O-rings no20 and slider shoes no9 into governor cup no7 so that groove in each slider shoe is vertical to properly slide in guidesInstall slider shoe fork into slider shoe grooves to maintain them for governor cup installationProceed on set of slider shoes
INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Do not apply antiseize or any lubricant on crankshaft and drive pulley tapersCAUTION: Never use any type of impact wrench at drive pulley removal and installationClean mounting surfaces as described in CLEANING above

The following installation procedure must be strictly adheredInstall drive pulley on crankshaft extensionInstall new conical spring washer no3 with its concave side towards drive pulley then install drive pulley bolt no2

Never substitute conical spring washer andor bolt with jobber onesAlways use BRP genuine parts for this particular caseUse the drive pulley holder (PN 529 035 674)See removal procedureTorque drive pulley bolt to 120 Nm (89 lbfft)Install drive belt and guardRaise and block the rear of the vehicle and support it with mechanical stand
