Lever, Roller and Set Screw
CAUTION: Although rollers of TRA drive pulley can be replaced by other rollers from other TRA drive pulleys, such modifications should not be performedThe time life of the parts can be greatly affectedUse only recommended rollers specific for the TRA drive pulleyDuring set screw no30 assembling, apply one drop of Loctite 609 (PN 413 703 100) on set screw threads
Fixed Half, Sliding Half, Spring and Spring Cover
To install spring cover, use spring compressor (PN 529 035 524)Assemble fixed and sliding halvesNote that fixed halves have different taper angleMatch taper angle with crankshaftLift sliding half against spring cover and align spring cover arrow with sliding half mark
