All Models Disconnect batteryRemove mufflerUnplug all connectors located on connector supportRemove nuts that attach the voltage regulatorrectifier to the frame
Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal procedurePay attention to the followingRemove the rubber plug under frame to gain access to install the nut on PTO sideInstall this nut firstTorque voltage regulatorrectifier nuts to 10 Nm (89 lbfin)

To test the voltage regulatorrectifier use the following tableVOLTAGE REGULATORRECTIFIER TEST TEST PROBES RESISTANCE VOLTAGE
Charging voltage REDGREEN and negative battery terminal Battery voltage Current to battery RED and REDWHITE to Engine 5000 RPM with fully charged batteryWith 30 fuse removed and ammeter in series
