Unplug sensor connectorPull injection oil level sensor no8 out of reservoirBefore replacing the injection oil level sensor no8, check it according to the following procedure: CAUTION: Do not remove or bend the reed switch protective float lockIt can damage the reed switch glassWith the float magnet ring at the lowest positionUsing an ohmmeter, probe the connectorInjection Oil Pump
Lift engineRemove oil pump screws no13 Unplug all hoses connected to oil pump no12NOTE: Mark hose locations for installationDisconnect the oil pump cableRemove oil pump and its O-ring no14
Check Valve
NOTE: Before removing check valve no15, check its operationRefer to the end of this sectionRemove air box and throttle bodyClean check valve area to remove oil or dirtHeat check valve no15 then pull it out of crankcase
