GENERAL
The E-RAVE system can be serviced with engine on vehicleDuring assemblyinstallation, use torque values and service products as shown in exploded viewClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, cotter pin, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed

Bring the engine above 6500 RPM while in wide open throttle and check position of the E-RAVE shaft pulleyIt should be in the Open position

Lift rear of vehicle off the ground and support it with stand
