Carburetors
CAUTION: Never allow throttle slide(s) to snap shutInstall throttle cable to cam lever no16Install choke cable to cam lever no4Install dual carburetor assemblyMake sure dual carburetor assembly is properly inserted into intake adapters, hold it in place and tighten retaining clampsSecure heated carburetor inlet and outlet lines with clamps, tighten to 1.5 to 2.0 Nm (13 to 18 lbfin) and remove pincher on outlet lineAllow coolant to flow from coolant tank to carburetor before opening valveConnect all hoses to dual carburetor assembly and to DPM (if applicable), making sure there are no kinked hoses after reconnectionReconnect TPS connector (Power Tek models)Reinstall air intake silencerMake sure dual carburetor assembly properly slides into air intake silencer adapters; hold it in place and tighten clampsNon-DPM Models Reconnect carburetor vent hoseDPM Models Reinstall DPM manifold in its supportReconnect air temperature sensor connector to air intake silencer
