Screw ratchet wheel completelyNOTE: Apply anti-seize lubricant (PN 293 800 070) on threads and spring seat prior to installingFully tighten then back off one turnAssemble both parts of caliper togetherDo not forget the locking tab no17
Install locking pinInstall the caliper on vehicle then adjust the brake cable

Removal
Brake disc no10 can be removed without removing chaincaseProceed as follows: Remove belt guard, belt and driven pulley Remove air silencer Unbolt bearing support no15 from chassis Unscrew caliper from chaincase Open chaincase and remove upper sprocket Pull countershaft no16 toward driven pulley side to free from chaincase and disc Remove disc
