BRAKE CABLE
Removal
Remove the protector under oil injection reservoirHold brake cable no1 and unscrew the cable nut no2Detach the cable from the caliper lever no3Remove the steering padDetach the cable from the brake lever no4Cut all locking ties then pull the cable out of vehicleNOTE: Note the routing for the installation
Detach the cable from the brake lever no4
Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal procedureNOTE: It necessary to adjust cable after brake lever replacement
CALIPER
Removal
Unscrew the caliper bolts no8 from chaincaseRemove brake cable from caliper lever, refer to BRAKE CABLE
Installation
The installation is the reverse of removal procedureInsert brake cable into upper hole in caliper lever and caliperInstall nut and tighten until few threads exceedRefer to ADJUSTMENT
