WARNING
The fuel hose may be under pressureCover the fuel line connection with an absorbent shop ragSlowly disconnect the fuel hose to release the pressureWipe off any fuel spillage inside engine compartmentThe pressure test will show the available pressure at the fuel pump outletIt validates the pressure regulator, the fuel pump and leaks in the systemEnsure there is no leak from hoses and fittingsRepair any leakEnsure there is enough gas in fuel tankDisconnect outlet hoseRemove plastic clip (PN 275 500 429) from male fitting of pressure gauge (PN 529 035 591)Install the clip on male fitting of fuel rail inlet hose

1In-line installation of fuel pressure gauge
Install the tether cord capActive the cut-out switch so the engine will not crankDepress start button and observe fuel pressureRelease pressure using B.U.D.Sso that the gauge is reset to zero (0)Remove the tether cord cap and install it againRepeat the testFUEL PRESSURE (when depressing start button) 400 kPa (58 PSI)
