Remove plain bearings no6, no7, no18 and no19 with the proper plain bearing removerNOTE: Carefully push the plain bearings out, from the crankcase half inside towards the outsideNOTE: Place the proper support sleeve under PTO crankcase half before removing plain bearingsThere is no support sleeve for alternator side crankcase halfTo brace the crankcase half, use suitable wooden block or other supportCAUTION: Suitable support sleeve must have straight surfaceDuring disassembly, make sure not to damage the sealing surfaces of the crankcase halves1 2
