Inspection
Check for cracks between valve seats, if so, replace cylinder headCheck gasket for cracks or other damagesCheck mating surface between cylinder and cylinder head for contaminationIf so, clean both surfacesCheck oil supply hole in cylinder head for contamination
CYLINDER HEAD SCREW M11 SERVICE LIMIT 216.5 mm (8.524 in)
Torque cylinder head screws M11 in criss-cross sequence to 25 Nm (18 lbfft) Torque cylinder head screws M11 in criss-cross sequence to 50 Nm (37 lbfft) Finish tightening screws turning an additional 90 rotation with torque angle gauge then, torque cylinder head screws M6 to Nm (80 lbfin)
