Remove rear suspension (refer to REAR SUSPENSION)Using SupertaniumTM bit (PN 529 031 800), drill all rivets retaining front radiator to the frame or grind the rivets with grinding diskPull the radiator little and remove the Oetiker clampsFor installation, reverse the removal procedure
Rear Radiator and Rear Radiator Protector
Refer to FRAME for rear radiator removalinstallation proceduresFor cleaning and inspection refer to FRONT RADIATOR
Remove: water outlet socket screws gasket thermostatTo check thermostat, put in water and heat waterThermostat should start to open when water temperature reaches the following degreeTo check thermostat, put in water and heat waterThermostat should start to open when water temperature reaches the following degreeENGINE All TEMPERATURE 42C (108F)
