NOTE: The following procedures can be done without removing engine from chassis
REMOVAL
NOTE: To facilitate further disassembly, fan nut may be removed before removing fan housingRemove rewind starter, starting pulley, trigger coil wire from 4-connector housing then fan housing ass'y2 1
CLEANING
Clean all metal components in non-ferrous metal cleaner
DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
Remove the tuned pipe to gain accessUnscrew the screws no19 of inlet duct no20Remove the inlet duct by unclipping three tabs using flat screwdriver from the engine fan housing
