GENERAL
During assemblyinstallation, use the torque values and service products as in the exploded viewsClean threads before applying threadlockerRefer to SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS and LOCTITE APPLICATION at the beginning of this manual for complete procedure
WARNING
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strickly be adhered toLocking devices (e.g locking tabs, elastic stop nuts, self-locking fasteners, etc must be installed or replaced with new ones where specifiedIf the efficiency of locking device is impaired, it must be renewed
(1) CAUTION: The BOMBARDIER Formula XP-S II synthetic injection oil is specially formulated and tested for the severe requirement of these enginesUse of any other brand two-stroke oil may void the limited warrantyUse only BOMBARDIER Formula XP-S II synthetic injection oilThere is no known equivalent on the market for the momentIf high quality equivalent were available, it could be used(2) If BOMBARDIER injection oil is not available, API TC high-quality low ash two-stroke injection oil may be used(3) BOMBARDIER FORMULA XP-S II synthetic injection oil and BOMBARDIER injection oil are compatible, they can be mixed together
