Remove spark plugs, coolant outlet no30Unscrew cylinder head cover no2 then cylinder head no3

Place clean cloth or rubber pad (PN 529 023 400) over crankcaseThen with pointed tool inserted in piston notch, remove both circlips no20 from piston no18
