DISASSEMBLY
Lift front of vehicle and support it off the groundReduce spring preload by turning adjusting ring accordinglyRemove lower bolt then upper bolt of shockFor shock spring disassembly use shock spring remover (PN 529 035 504) in viseMount shock in it and turn shock so that spring coils matched spring compressorClose and lock the barAdjust the handle at horizontal position by changing the position of the clevis pin
Scribe mark the steering arm and ski leg before disassembly

Then loosen steering arm bolt and pull up steering armSki leg may fall off from swing armUnbolt lower end of shock from swing armUnbolt upper and lower armsUnbolt rear of swing arm from framePull swing arm off the vehicle
