REMOVAL
Remove guard and drive belt from vehicleRemove cap screw no12 and shouldered washer no11 then pull the driven pulley from the countershaftNote shouldered washer position for reinstallationTake care not to lose spacer no2NOTE: Make sure that the smaller diameter spacer is against the bearing to avoid damage to the bearing seal1 2

Remove snap ring no3 and washer no4 to disassemble the cam and the pulley halves
