Sliding Half Bushing Replacement NOTE: If the bushing is worn out, it is recommended to replace the whole sliding half ass'y, as replacing the bushing only may reduce the drive pulley performanceRemove circlip from the sliding half
NOTE: Make sure to use the tool (PN 529 035 931) as marked; to remove the bushing press using the side marked "OUT", as shown below in the picture

Use soft sand paper to clean sliding half bushing mounting surface

Secure the spring compressor (PN 529 035 524) in viseMount tool (PN 529 031 200) and the sliding half ass'y on it
